MACK4D Flexura
Product information "MACK4D Flexura"
FLEXURA – smart. soft. strong.
FLEXURA is an almost unbreakable 3D printing resin with a thermoelastic memory effect. Specifically developed for custom-made hearing and swim protection, it has been tested for skin compatibility in accordance with ISO 10993‑10.
🎧 Applications
- Custom hearing protection
- Swim plugs / water sealing
- Comfortable in-ear earpieces
- Slightly elastic earmolds
🔧 Material advantages
- Shore D 75 – soft enough for comfort, firm enough for precision
- Memory effect adapts at 37 °C without losing shape
- Impact resistance 86.5 kJ/m² – nearly unbreakable
- Elongation at break 56 % & Flexural modulus 988 MPa (dry)
- Printable on 385 nm & 405 nm DLP/LCD systems (profiles included)
💎 High transparency with no polishing – for maximum aesthetics
FLEXURA unfolds its full potential when used with high-gloss print platforms or light-scattering tray systems, such as the Ultra‑Gloss Tray from Asiga. This results in a clear, glossy surface straight from the printer – no manual polishing needed.
Your workflow advantages:
- Glossy surface right out of the printer – no post-processing required
- Significant time savings, ideal for all high-transparency applications
- Fewer visible print lines thanks to diffuse light scattering
- Perfect for high-aesthetic, transparent parts
FLEXURA is the ideal choice wherever perfect fit, visual clarity, and efficiency are required.
